Jeremy Schultz DC
Dr. Jeremy Schultz was born in Sioux Falls, SD. He discovered the benefits of Chiropractic as a youth involved in baseball, football and basketball. He went on to play collegiate baseball at Augustana College majoring in Athletic
Training and Exercise Sciences. Dr. Schultz went to Chiropractic school at Northwestern Health Science University in Bloomington, MN.
Outside of the office Dr. Jeremy enjoys spending time with his wife Michele and his twins Trey and Tenley. They enjoy an active lifestyle as well as traveling, camping, fishing and sports activities. Dr. Schultz is also a retired member of the North Dakota Air National Guard where he proudly served for 20 years.

Heather B. LMT
Heather graduated from UND with a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Sciences in 2009. She has been a Certified Personal Trainer since 2010. In search of a way to help others along with personal training, Heather decided to go back to school in 2014 to earn her Associates Degree in Massage Therapy from Globe University Moorhead. By September 2015, she graduated and began practicing massage part-time with Nokken Chiropractic in Moorhead. When an opportunity to work for a new massage office came up in south Fargo, she joined the team at Core Health Chiro in October 2016.
Heather and her boyfriend Eric purchased a home in Horace in November 2016 and are in the process of fixing it up! When the chance to work as well as live in Horace presented itself in May 2018, Heather took the opportunity and is excited to be part of the Horace Family Chiropractic team.
